We’ve rounded up the materials to make some of our favourite projects from The Daily Stitch to make some fun little kits! Please remember these kits are meant to complement the project ideas on the blog so you’ll find the instructions, patterns and tutorials there. What is your favourite project from The Daily Stitch? Let us know if there is another kit you’d like to see! Meanwhile, here are the lovely kits we have prepared for you:
We have two options for this project. Each includes the fabric, thread and bobble trim you need to complete a scarf. The first is the Waltz design (exactly what Fiona used):
And the second is Dear Mother’s Girlhood (love Japanese translations!) from the newest Nani Iro collection:
The Stitch Floral Circle throw size plus quilt kit contains enough fabric for the top and binding. You’ll need to purchase wadding, backing fabric and thread separately.
Julie’s fabric and felt numbered bean bag tutorial was a big hit.
We decided to create a kit to make Julie’s bean bags in Monaluna‘s farm-themed collection, Free Range! This kit contains enough fabric, felt and coordinating thread to make 10 bean bags. Beans not included!
There are Stitch Floral Circle bunting kits:
We have loads of combinations of these hot water bottle cover kits in the shop, so pop over and have a look. Each includes all of the fabric, thread and wadding you need.
We worked with Julie Fagan, the designer behind Kip & Fig patterns to put together kits for some of our favourite applique patterns. These are designed to be used with Julie’s applique tea towel tutorial.
Each kit includes pattern, linen for your tea towel and the fabric scraps and coordinating thread to applique your design. When necessary, we also included a diagram with swatches to show you where each fabric should go. Again, we have loads of combinations and patterns available, so pop to the shop to see more options!
