How to activate your account on our new website
Having trouble logging in to your account on our new website? This info is for you! When we migrated our old info to our new platform we brought our customer data with us. But it recently came to our attention that many of you couldn't log in. It turns out all you need to do is activate your account and this morning we sent out activation emails to everyone in our system in order to let you do that. Don't want your account anymore? Ignore or decline, no problem. Didn't see the email and want us to resend it? Just drop us an email on email@example.com and we'll sort you out.
Another exciting feature of our new site is that we're fully integrated with our in-store system so now you can keep track of your purchases at our West Hampstead shop in your online account! Unfortunately your previous in-store purchases won't be there, but all of your purchases going forward will be added to your account provided you give us your name when you check out in store. Yay for integration!
