Dates for your diary: upcoming events at The Village Haberdashery!

We have some really exciting things happening at The Village Haberdashery over the next few months and there will be lots more to tell you about absolutely everything but I thought we’d give you a quick list of dates for your diary so you don’t miss out on anything!

Saturday, 9 September – Great London Yarn Crawl and Stitch & Story trunk show

You can still grab tickets to this awesome event here and even if you can’t go on the crawl, you can visit our shop on the day for a meet and greet and trunk show with meet Jen and Jenny from Stitch & Story! They’ll have samples from all of their gorgeous knit kits, including the super fun new collaboration with the beloved Sophie la GirafeThe Great London Yarn Crawl

Saturday, 30 September – World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support

Join us for coffee, cake, games, crafts and giveaways to raise funds Macmillan! This will be our second year participating and you can see some highlights of last year’s event here.

Sunday, 1 October – the first of our Makers Market designer maker pop ups

On Sundays from 1 October to 17 December we’ll be hosting a series of pop ups in our shop! Our call for trader applications closes on 31 August, so we’ll be announcing the schedule soon. You’ll be able to shop handmade or locally produced products straight from the designer makers themselves and we couldn’t be more excited!

Friday, 15 December – Meet Santa at The Village Haberdashery

Oh yes, Christmas is coming! We had so much fun when Santa visited our shop last year so we’ve decided to make it a tradition to host Santa on the last day of school before the Christmas holidays. And we can’t wait to decorate in our new shop and share this fun tradition with you!
