In store pickup is back!
Now that we're settling into our routines as an online shop and it looks like this is going to be our 'normal' for a while, we decided to re-introduce in store pickup! You'll find this free option at the end of the checkout process. Royal Mail are working so hard to deliver our packages but we know there are often delays; hopefully this will help reduce their burden - and your wait time - if you are local to the shop.
Here's how it will work: If you choose to collect your order you'll receive an email when it's ready (within about two days). Once you've been notified that your package is ready you can come any time Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm to collect it. If you can't come during those times contact us to make an out-of-hours appointment or keep an eye on our Instagram Stories where we post extra pickup windows.
Once you arrive at the shop come to the upper lobby, give us a call (the number is posted) and we'll come out and pop your parcel on the table for contactless collection!
We have had some feedback that if you've made a purchase for delivery in the past, the website may remember these choices and make it difficult for you to select in store collection. If this happens, you may wish to try clearing your cookies and trying again. If you are still stuck, or you're not sure, drop us an email right away and we'll make a note on your order that you wish to collect it!
Pease do not make a special trip to the shop. Staying home as much as possible is so important. We ask that you please make your visit to the shop part of your daily exercise or a stop on your essential supermarket or pharmacy trip.
