Knitting inspiration for Meadow by The Fibre Company

Last week we took stock of a beautiful new lace weight yarn called Meadow from The Fibre Company that is just right for summer knitting! It’s a perfect combination of four luxurious fibres – merino wool, baby llama, silk and linen.
The merino and baby llama provide softness and bounce, the silk sheen and drape, and the linen a crisp hand and lovely stitch definition. It’s slightly heavier than a typical lace weight yarn, so Meadow works well on a wide variety of needle sizes. Plus, with 498 metres to 100 grams, many projects only need one skein!
Here are some beautiful projects to inspire you! These first few projects are pictured in Meadow.
Meadowsweet Shawl by Courtney Kelley – One skein
Lillydale Shawl by Grace Anna Farrow – One skein
Beltane Shawl by Courtney Kelley – One skein
Twinleaf Scarf by Grace Anna Farrow – Two skeins of main colour, one skein of contrast
And here are more beautiful projects that are not pictured in Meadow, but will work super well with Meadow!
Aisé Wrap by Espace Tricot – Two skeins
Imagine When by Joji Locatelli – One skein
