House of Hoppington is here! New from Violet Craft, this is a delightful bunny-filled collection drawn with a whimsical hand and a Japanese spirit. There are some fabulous prints here for little girl’s and women’s dresses, but the collection really shines in quilts.
We are stocking the unusual plum, lilac, gold and grey colourway, a combination will make for some beautiful and sophisticated baby quilts. Violet designed the Love, Hoppington quilt below for this collection! You can find the pattern in her shop.
We’ve added two new colours of Robert Kaufman’s super popular 1″ Caroline Gingham. The navy is a classic and the coral is gorgeous! These are for wearing – they look so good in shirts and shirt dresses, or the Christine Haynes Sylvie which looks amazing in a checked fabric. Find all of our Carolina Gingham in the shop here.
These tigers are awesome! We carried the hot pink version last year and just had to bring them back…also in black! We think they make such fun dresses and skirts. Roar!
These itty bitty flamingos in summery hot pink, teal and black and white, can be used for all sorts of projects! Work them into your quilts, line your bags, make yourself a pencil case – a pop of flamingo is never a bad thing!
Another super fun print! The contrast of delightful little black and white pandas against a bright lime, turquoise or pink is so much fun, and will be perfect for all sorts of little projects.
Reef was designed to be super comfortable and cute for sleeping in, but also really appropriate for every day wear. The camisole features a bias cut, v neckline and crossover yoke in the back. The shorts feature an elastic waist, pockets, curved hemline and two rises. Sew it up in light chambray or shirting for daywear, or silk charmeuse or lawn for a pretty sleepwear set. Find reef in the shop here.
Axel is the perfect combination of style and comfort. Designed to be made from stable knits, not only is this skirt so easy to put together, it’s also super flattering and, of course, versatile. The pattern sits at the natural waistline, features close fit, simple construction and easily adaptable pieces with a range of different hem finishes. Version 1 is a midi length skirt with a handkerchief hem. Version 2 is a knee length skirt with hip sashes. Version 3 is a midi length skirt with slit that can be worn in the front or back. Find Axle in the shop here.
