Survey time! Skipping Stones by Anna Maria Horner
Due in February, Skipping Stones is Anna Maria Horner‘s first collection of neutral and tonal fabrics. The collection translates some of her favourite motifs into soft, quiet, yet anything but boring background style fabrics that let other fabrics take the lead role.
Muted does not have to mean dull, so the imagery found in this collection is exciting and the tones in each fabric take on a very subtle direction towards colour, leaving plenty of room for interest even in the supporting role. The Bleached colour-way is sunny, warm and barely there. The Hazey colour-way is more murky and moody with green undertones. And the Stormy color-way is a deeper, cloud drenched colour-way with slightly more drama.
