Two Truths and a Lie with Carolyn Friedlander
You can still comment on this post, but the contest has ended!
It’s time for another edition of Two Truths and a Lie! This time, Carolyn Friedlander will tell us three things about herself. Two are true and one is a lie. If you want to participate, tell us in the comments which statement you think is a lie. We’ll put all the correct answers in randomizer and choose one who will win a bundle of 10 fat quarters from Carolyn’s new collection, Doe! Tomorrow we’ll post the correct answers and the winner. Ready? Let’s play!
Carolyn Friedlander is a quilt and fabric designer (with Robert Kaufman), as well as an author, working from her hometown of Lake Wales, Florida, an environment she enjoys for its warm weather, few distractions, and potent community of quilters and crafters. In her work, she draws inspiration from features of the Florida landscape—its long leaf pines, palmettos, water, scrub land, and sand—as well as her background in architecture. You can follow Carolyn and her work on her website and blog.
Here are three things about Carolyn!
1. I really like to mow the yard. (Annie’s note: yard = garden, for those not fluent in American)
2. I am a sucker for a good cardboard box.
3. I collect thimbles.
Which is a lie? Tell us in the comments! Deadline to be entered in the prize draw is midnight tonight. UK/Europe only for this prize.
