Two Truths and a Lie with Eloise Renouf
Eloise is a designer and illustrator, producing her own range of wall art and fabric accessories, as well as working with well-known companies on a wide range of surface pattern projects. Trained as a textile designer, she also undertakes illustration work – her first book Twenty Ways To Draw A Tree was released in May 2013. First Light is her latest fabric collection for Cloud9 and it reflects her love of nature and the great outdoors. She lives and works in Nottingham with her partner and three young boys.
Here is how we play: Eloise will tell us three things about herself. Two are true and one is a lie. If you want to participate, tell us in the comments which statement you think is a lie. Enter by midnight on Sunday and on Monday we’ll put all the correct answers in randomizer and choose one who will win a lovely bundle of First Light!
1. Despite it being my “best” subject at school, I only got a grade C for Art at A-level.
2. I’m an avid collector of vintage ceramics that I find at car boot sales and charity shops. I currently own close to 100 pieces.
3. As a teenager I used to make quite a few of my own clothes. One of my favourite garments was a jacket fashioned from my Dad’s old dressing gown.
Which is a lie? Tell us in the comments! Remember, the deadline to be entered in the prize draw is midnight on Sunday. Anyone can play, but only entries in UK/Europe are eligible for this prize.
