Two Truths and a Lie with Kim Kight – the big reveal
On Friday we posted three statements about Kim Kight and asked you to guess which one is a lie. Here they are again, with the answers!
1. I can’t smell. The technical word is anosmia. It must be genetic because my mom can’t smell either.
I really can’t smell, and I’ve never been able to so I don’t know what I’m missing. As far as I know my sense of taste is somewhat intact but I can’t taste herbs and many spices.
2. I was an extra in an episode of the TV show Quantum Leap (about a high school football champ). It filmed at our high school. You can see me in the stadium and in a hallway shot!
This is the lie. Bless the commenter who said I’m not old enough to be on Quantum Leap though! The show did film a war scene in the woods near my town, supposedly, but I was not in it.
3. I played in an Indonesian gamelan orchestra for a couple years. I played a mean bonang, though in my heart I was more of a slenthem player. Or maybe it was the other way around.
Out of 60 entries we had 24 correct answers and the 3rd correct answer was from Catrin! Congratulations, Catrin, you’ve won this lovely bundle of Cookie Book!
A big thank you to everyone who played! Who would you like to play Two Truths and a Lie with next?
