Two Truths and a Lie with Sarah Watson – the big reveal!
On Friday we posted three statements about Sarah Watson and asked you to guess which one is a lie. Here they are again, with the answers!
1. I have driven through 9 South American countries in my overlander.
Lie! The voyage started as a short planned trip through Brazil to Argentina, but we just kept going, and didn’t come back for six months. I’ll never forget when we broke down outside of Montevideo, Uruguay and had a cattle team pull us to an engineer who could fix our engine.
2. I’ve never liked picking out clothes for myself and am most comfortable in a baggy cotton tee shirt.
True! I blame it on my upbringing. Elementary school I wore a white button-down with a plaid skirt (Catholic school), high school I wore a white button-down with khaki pants, and in college I played volleyball, so almost always wore athletic clothing. The majority of the clothing that I own (that isn’t tee-shirts) was given to my by my Mom, Mother in Law, and Gramma. Thanks guys.
3. I have grown out, cut and donated my hair to cancer organizations four times.
True! Many people have done the deed of chopping off my locks, including my cousin, college roommate and husband. They all did fantastic jobs. I’m midway through growing my hair out again, and only have about two years to go until I cut it again.

A big thank you to everyone who played!
