Sustainable Fabrics

Shop sustainable fabrics! In this section you'll find fabrics that are widely considered to be produced using more sustainable manufacturing processes. These fabrics include TENCEL™ Lyocell, Cupro and Enzyme-Washed Linen.

TENCEL™ is produced from wood pulp using a closed loop production method that re-uses water. The fibres are certified as compostable and biodegradable. It has a similar drape and feel to rayon.

Cupro is a biodegradeable, sustainable fabric produced in a closed loop process that re-uses water. It is made of regenerated cellulose fibres from recycled cotton linter and has a similar drape and feel to rayon.

Enzyme-washed linen is washed with enzymes during the manufacturing process and not chemically treated in order to reduce the impact of production on the environment. 

All of our fabric is sold by the quarter metre unless stated otherwise. That means the price you see is for one-quarter of a metre. If you order a quantity of two or more it will come as one big piece.
