October Half Term Class - Pumpkin Drawstring Bag - 25 October
Encourage your kids' creativity, self-confidence and fine motor skills with sewing! Each day over the half term we'll focus on a different project that will help kids learn how to sew with a computerised sewing machine, gain an understanding of sewing basics and practice construction techniques. They'll also learn how safely use essential sewing tools such as a measuring tape, pins, scissors and an iron. Kids with sewing experience will learn ways to embellish their projects with extra details.
A snack (juice and a biscuit) will be provided but you're welcome to send your child with his/her own snack.
Please complete our Kids Class Enrolment Form when booking a class for your child.
Project: The project for this class is a cute drawstring pumpkin bag! Please note the picture shows a no-sew project, but the kids will be making something similar using the sewing machine in this class.
